HOW THIS WORKS
Here are the steps you need to take to work through the HopeHatch system.
We're here to support you and want to champion as many diverse and unique projects as possible.
This isn't just about applying for the funds you need to get your project off the ground. It's a long term relationship we're establishing. We want to help you along the way and - on top of funding - help mentor you as you grow and develop your skills and talent. We also want to help promote your work in any way we can.
APPLY
Start by requesting our application form and send us all the details and info in it. You'll be asked for information about you and your plans.
CONDUCT INTERVIEW CALL
We'll want to get on a call with you to make sure we understand all the details in your application form.
FINAL SELECTIONS
Start by requesting our application form and send us all the details and info in it. You'll be asked for information about you and your plans.
PANEL REVIEW
Our expert panel with review the final selections in their area of specialty. They will then provide their feedback..
ACCEPTANCE/ REJECTION
Based on the expert recommendations, the applications will either be accepted or rejected.
GRANT AMOUNTS APPROVED
After acceptance, the final amount of the individual grants will be determined.
SIGN DOCUMENTS
When an application is approved and a grant amount decided, there will be a lot of paperwork and releases that need to be signed.
FUNDS TRANSFER
When all legal documents are finished, the grant funds will be released and transferred to the artist's bank account.
CREATE PROJECT
The time has now come for the artist to begin work on their project. Updates along the way will be required and mentors will offer help.
SHARE THE WORK
When agreed milestones of the projects are completed, the artist will share their work with the full team for publicity and promotion.
TESTIMONIALS
There will be a two-way chance for testimonials - from the artist and from the mentors and full team. These will be used to promote the project.
PAY IT FORWARD
The HopeHatch team wants to help as many people as possible and the artists paying it forward is one way to spread the word.
